Returns & Store Credit

All eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit (non-expiring e-gift card) in the amount paid (excluding shipping).

Refunds are not offered at this time; only store credit is available.

Promotions & Discounts

Items purchased under a BOGO (Buy One Get One) promotion: if the full priced item is returned, the promotion will be reversed and credit adjusted accordingly.

Exchanges for the same item (different size/color) from promotional orders may be honored at the original price paid, when stock allows.

Defects & Reporting

Any defects, missing, or incorrect items must be reported within 3 days of delivery. Proof (photo(s)) may be requested.

If a defect is confirmed, you may choose store credit or a reshipment.

Items showing wear, damage, odor, or missing tags

Accessories: Jewelry, hats, bags, phone and computer accessories

Restocking / Fees

Unauthorized returns (returns without prior approval) may incur a restocking fee (e.g. 50%) or be rejected.

Returns made outside the 14-day return authorization window may incur a small restocking fee (e.g. 20%) or be partially credited.

Color & Appearance Disclaimer

While every effort is made to represent product colors accurately, actual shades may differ due to lighting, screens, etc. Slight color variation is not considered a defect.

How to Initiate a Return / Exchange

Please email info@mycollegeboutique.co within 14 days of delivery, with your order number, item(s) in question, reason for the return, and any supporting photos if applicable.

After approval, return the item(s) within 7 business days.
